A crispy and flavorful seafood dish lightly coated in seasoned flour and pan-seared to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 flounder fillets (6-8 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- 
In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 
- 
Pat the flounder fillets dry with a paper towel and coat each side evenly with the flour mixture. 
- 
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat until hot. 
- 
Place the flounder fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 
- 
Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
