  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup of cooked lentils
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, lentils, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Form the mixture into patties.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
