- 4 trout fillets
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp of capers, drained
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Pat the trout fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the trout fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through and golden brown.

Remove the trout from the skillet and transfer to a serving platter.

In the same skillet, add the capers and cook for about 2 minutes, until they are heated through.

Spoon the capers over the trout fillets.

Serve the trout with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
