How To Make Marmalade Glazed Roast Duck

Ingredients
- 1 whole duck (about 4-5 lbs)
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Pat the duck dry and season with salt and pepper.

In a small saucepan, heat the marmalade, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic over medium heat until well combined.

Brush the glaze over the duck, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Place the duck on a roasting rack in a roasting pan, breast side up.

Roast the duck for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Baste the duck with the glaze every 30 minutes while it cooks.

Remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Serve the roast duck with any remaining glaze on the side.
