How To Make Hot-smoked trout & mustard salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz hot-smoked trout fillets
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prepare the hot-smoked trout according to package instructions. Let it cool, then flake into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, red onions, dill, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the mustard dressing over the salad ingredients, and toss gently to combine.

Divide the salad among four plates and top with the flaked hot-smoked trout.
