How To Make Smoked Trout Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked trout, flaked
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, capers, and smoked trout.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
