How To Make Spicy Satay Wings with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and lime juice. Mix well to make the marinade.

Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the wings for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and crispy.

In a small saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly reduced.

Stir in peanut butter, coconut milk, and fish sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Remove the wings from the grill and brush with the peanut sauce.

Garnish with sliced green onions and crushed peanuts.
