How To Make Lemon-Rosemary Iced Tea
An incredibly light and refreshing drink to share with your family and friends! A delightful blend of the classic combination of black tea with lemon juice for that subtle tart flavor that balanced with the sweetness then rounded of with an evergreen fragrance from sprigs of rosemary-infused in the drink itself.

Ingredients
- 5 cups water
- 1 cups sugar
- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
- ¼ cup black tea leaves
- 1 cup lemon juice, fresh
For Garnish:
- 1 sprig rosemary, per serving
- 1 pc lemon wheel, per serving
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring water, sugar, and rosemary sprigs to just below a simmer (190 degrees F), stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat.
- Add tea and let it steep for 3 minutes.
- Strain the tea and add lemon juice.
- Refrigerate until cool.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.
