Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp dried elderberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- In a small pot put in the cinnamon stick, elderberries, and water.
- Put the pot over high heat to begin boiling. When the tea starts to boil, bring the heat down to low and gently simmer for 15 minutes.
- Once the tea has simmered, turn the heat off and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Pour the tea through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass.
