Ingredients
- 1 cup cream soda, (8 oz)
- ½ cup butterscotch syrup, (4 oz), or sauce*
- ½ tbsp butter
- whipped cream, optional
Instructions
- Pour the butterscotch syrup into a bowl.
- Add the softened butter and mix to combine together.
- Pour the cream soda into the mixture and stir.
- Pour the mixture into clear mugs and top the butterbeer with a few dollops of whipped cream. Enjoy!

- For an alcoholic version, try replacing butterscotch syrup/sauce with about 1 to 2 ounces of both butterscotch liqueur/schnapps and vanilla vodka.
