How To Make Easy Healthy Smoothies

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1½ cups fruits, fresh or frozen (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or any fruit of your choice)
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions

Transfer your chosen fruits into the blender alongside the yogurt, milk, bananas, and ice cubes.

Blend until smooth. If making ahead of time, let it chill in the refrigerator overnight. If using an immersion blender, layer ingredients in a large wide cup so you can blend all ingredients.

Taste to check if you want to add more of a certain ingredient. Once done, pour the smoothie into a cup and garnish with some strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
