Chocolate Peanut Butter Blast Smoothie Recipe

Add some protein to your smoothies with this chocolate peanut butter smoothie recipe. This thick drink is very filling so enjoy it after a light dinner or as a well-deserved treat at the end of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups yogurt, preferably chocolate or vanilla flavored, frozen
  • cups ice
  • ¼ cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

To serve:

  • peanuts, crushed and roasted

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend well until smooth.

  3. Pour into a rock glass or your preferred serving glass, top with crushed peanuts and serve immediately.
