How To Make Avena Healthy Oatmeal Shake

Whip up a quick breakfast on the go with this filling South American oatmeal shake! It’s loaded with healthy fibers to keep you active all day.

  • ½cupquick oats
  • 2cupswater
  • 1cupfat-free milk
  • 1cupice
  • 3tbspsugar
  • 2tspground cinnamon


  1. Cook the oats and water in a small pot for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly.

  2. Remove from, then heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

  3. In a blender, add the milk, sugar, cinnamon, oats, and ice.

  4. Blend on high until very smooth.

  5. Pour in a glass over ice, serve, and enjoy!
