8 oz gin
4 oz elderflower liqueur
2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2 oz simple syrup
Soda water, to top
Edible flowers, for garnish

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain the mixture into four cocktail glasses filled with ice.
Top each glass with soda water.
Garnish with edible flowers.
Serve and enjoy!
