How To Make Berry Crumble Pots

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease four individual ramekins or oven-safe pots.

In a medium bowl, gently toss the mixed berries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Divide the berry mixture among the ramekins.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Use your fingers or a fork to mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the berries in each ramekin.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the berries are bubbling and the crumble is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
