Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

  3. Add the cold butter to the mixture and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to rub it into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
