How To Make Very-berry Oat Crumble
A delicious and healthy dessert featuring a mix of fresh berries and a crunchy oat crumble topping.

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the berries evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Add the cold diced butter to the dry mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour the berry mixture into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the oat crumble mixture evenly over the top of the berries.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the berries are bubbling and the crumble topping is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
