How To Make No Bake Pistachio Cream Pie

You don’t need that much effort to make this pistachio cream pie! Enjoy a fluffy, creamy, and nutty dessert in as fast as 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8ozcream cheese,(1 package), softened
  • 1cupmilk
  • 3⅖ozinstant pistachio pudding mix,(1 package)
  • 8ozpineapple,(1 can), drained and crushed
  • 1graham cracker crust,(9-inch)
  • 2cupsheavy whipping cream
  • 3tbsppowdered sugar
  • pistachios,coarsely chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and pistachio pudding mix until smooth. Fold in the pineapple and spoon into the crust.

  2. Beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of the pistachio layer. Garnish with chopped pistachios.

  3. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
