Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2-3 apples, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Arrange the sliced apples on top of the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

  5. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the apples.

  6. Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the apples.

  7. Brush the melted butter over the edges of the puff pastry.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the apples are tender.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
