How To Make Apple & Hazelnut Galette

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 3 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, hazelnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour. Toss until well coated.

Arrange the apple mixture in the center of the pie crust, leaving a border around the edges.

Fold the edges of the pie crust over the apples, gently pleating as you go.

Drizzle the melted butter over the apples.

Brush the edges of the galette with the beaten egg and sprinkle the sugar on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are tender.
