How To Make Cranberry & Orange Meringue Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar for meringue
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and egg yolks. Mix well.

Pour the cranberry mixture into the pie crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Gradually add in the sugar for the meringue and continue beating until glossy.
