How To Make Cranberry-topped Raised Pie

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 6 tbsp ice water
- 2 cups cranberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions

In a food processor, combine flour and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add ice water and pulse until the dough comes together.

Divide dough in half and roll out one half to fit a greased pie dish.

In a separate bowl, mix cranberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Spoon mixture onto the prepared pie crust.

Roll out the remaining dough and place on top of the cranberry mixture, sealing the edges.

Cut slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
