Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cranberries, sugar, flour, salt, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the cranberries are coated.

  3. Pour the cranberry mixture into the greased pie dish, spreading it evenly.

  4. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the cranberries are soft and the top is golden brown.
