How To Make Mincemeat, Cranberry & Almond Pie

Ingredients
- 1 package of pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup of mincemeat
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a bowl, combine the mincemeat, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Spoon the mincemeat mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling. Press the edges of the crusts together to seal.

Brush the top crust with beaten egg wash.

Make a few small slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape during baking.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
