Ingredients
- 1 sheet of refrigerated pie crust
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and trim the edges.

Layer half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the pie crust.

Top the potatoes with half of the sliced apples.

Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese over the apples.

Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, apples, and cheeses.

In a small bowl, mix together the heavy cream, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

Pour the cream mixture evenly over the pie.

Cover the pie loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
