
How To Make Cookies and Cream Muffins
Delight in the sweetness of these soft and buttery cookies and cream muffins made with milk and crushed Oreos. Bake a batch in under 30 minutes!

- Âľcupwhole milk
- Âľcupsugar
- â…“cupvegetable oil
- 2large eggs
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 1½cupflour
- ÂĽtspsalt
- 1tspbaking powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- 10Oreos,crumbled
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, then add to the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.

Add all but ÂĽ cup of the crumbled Oreos to the mixture (reserve this ÂĽ cup for topping the muffins).

Scoop batter into muffin liners, then sprinkle on the remaining Oreo cookie crumbs.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
