How To Make Gingerbread Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and brown sugar.

Mix in molasses and egg.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.

Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until well combined.

Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on greased baking sheet.

Flatten cookies slightly with a fork.
