  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup soured cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the blueberries, peaches, and sugar. Set aside.

  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, soured cream, vanilla extract, and egg.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

  6. Gently fold in the blueberry and peach mixture.

  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  9. Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
