How To Make Red Wine Jelly

- 2 cups red wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat the red wine over medium heat until warm.

Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin with water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add the gelatin mixture to the warm red wine mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Serve chilled and garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
