  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a clean, dry mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar, cornstarch, and white vinegar, continuing to whisk until the mixture is glossy and holds its shape.

  4. Spoon the pavlova mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a round shape with slightly raised edges.

  5. Bake the pavlova for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the outside is crisp and the inside is chewy.

  6. Once the pavlova has cooled, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

  7. Place the pavlova on a serving plate and top with whipped cream, sliced peaches, fresh raspberries, and mint leaves.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
