- 4 veggie hot dogs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup ice water
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.

Slowly pour in ice water while whisking until a smooth batter forms.

Dip each veggie hot dog into the batter, coating evenly.

Carefully place the battered hot dogs into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
