Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cornstarch
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Assorted fresh fruits (such as strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add the brown sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and thick.

Gently fold in the vanilla extract and cornstarch.

Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a circle or individual serving shapes.

Bake for 1 hour until the pavlova is crisp and dry on the outside. Turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.

In the meantime, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Once the pavlova has cooled, carefully transfer it to a serving plate and top with the whipped cream and fresh fruits.
