How To Make Orange, cranberry & pistachio pavlova

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- Whipped cream, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, vanilla extract, and orange zest, and continue beating until the mixture is glossy and stiff.

Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a circle, creating a well in the center.

Bake for 2 hours or until the pavlova is crisp on the outside. Turn off the oven and leave the pavlova inside to cool completely.

Once cooled, fill the well of the pavlova with whipped cream and top with dried cranberries and chopped pistachios.
