- 4 egg whites
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ cups prune juice
Instructions
- Add sugar to prune puree and cook 5 minutes.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add prune mixture gradually.
- Add lemon juice.
