Ingredients
- ½ cup canned pumpkin, (not pumpkin pie)
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 egg
- â…› tsp baking soda
- â…› tsp baking powder
- â…› tsp salt
- ¼ cup brown sugar, (you could substitute with real maple syrup)
- ¼ cup pumpkin butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp maple extract
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Spray a donut pan (or mini muffin tin) and pour 1 heaping tablespoon of batter into each spot.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
