Ingredients

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin, (not pumpkin pie)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 egg
  • tsp baking soda
  • tsp baking powder
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, (you could substitute with real maple syrup)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp maple extract

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Spray a donut pan (or mini muffin tin) and pour 1 heaping tablespoon of batter into each spot.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
