Ingredients

  • cups almond flour
  • 1⁄2 cup granulated sweetener of choice, monk fruit sweetener or erythritol
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1⁄4 cup coconut milk, or use any milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to degrees 350 F. Grease a 12 count donut pan generously and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add your almond flour, sweetener, and baking soda Mix well. In a separate bowl, add your eggs, apple cider vinegar, and coconut and mix to combine. Pour the dry into the wet ingredients and mix well, until combined.
  3. Transfer donut batter into a ziplock bag. Cut one end of the bag and gently squeeze out the donut batter directly into greased doughnut pan.
  4. Bake donuts in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Transfer donuts to a wire rack and cool completely. Add frosting to the donuts if preferred.
