How To Make Swedish Chocolate Balls (Chokladbollar)

- 150g butter, softened
- 100g granulated sugar

- 200g oats
- 2 tablespoons strong coffee (optional)
- Desiccated coconut, for coating

In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until fluffy.
