  • Desiccated coconut, for coating

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until fluffy.

  2. Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract to the mixture, and mix well.

  3. Gradually add the oats and coffee (if using) to the mixture, stirring until well combined.

  4. Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.

  5. Roll each ball in desiccated coconut to coat evenly.
