- Extra coconut flakes for rolling (optional)

In a food processor, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine flour-like consistency.

Add the coconut flakes, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond butter or peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the food processor.

Blend until the mixture is well combined and forms a sticky dough.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
