  • 3 ½ oz pistachio flavor instant pudding
  • ½ cup oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup pistachios, chopped
  • ½ cup flaked coconut


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well.

  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto greased baking sheets.
