How To Make New Potato & Tamarind Salad

Ingredients
- 500g new potatoes
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
Instructions

Boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let them cool.

In a bowl, mix together tamarind paste, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cumin powder.

Cut the cooled new potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a serving bowl.

Pour the tamarind dressing over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

Add chopped cilantro and red onion to the salad and mix well.
