How To Make Original Italian Wine Cookies

- 3cupsall-purpose flour
- 1tspbaking powder
- 3tbspwhite sugar
- 1cupdry red wine
- ½cupvegetable oil
- ⅓cupgranulated sugar,for decoration
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add the wine and oil. Mix with a large fork and then with hands

Roll small pieces of dough between hands to make “logs” then shape into circles. The circles should be no bigger than 2-inches in diameter. Roll the cookies in extra sugar and place on the cookie sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes or until slightly brown.
