  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  2. Gradually add in the oats and stir until everything is evenly mixed together.

  3. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cookies with your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Once all the cookies are shaped, refrigerate them for about 30 minutes until they firm up.
