M&M’s are classic snackers for kids and adults. Their candy-like shell comes in a colorful array and each has a special filling you won’t be able to resist. In this snowballs recipe, we’ve combined them with some coconut, almonds, and fluffy marshmallow.

How To Make M&M's Crunchy Snowballs
A sweet and chewy dessert that\’s made from melted butter and marshmallows. What makes this snowballs recipe interesting is the crushed M&M\’s.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup M&M's Chocolate
- ½ cup almonds
- 2 cups marshmallows
- ¾ cup coconut
Instructions
- In a non-stick, medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter and marshmallows, over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Add the almonds and coconut, coating completely with the marshmallow mixture. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Add the M&Ms chocolate and fold to combine.
- Using buttered spoons, shape into balls and roll in shredded coconuts to coat. If you love to try other variations, you can make tropical snowballs, by reducing the coconut to ½ cup and adding ¼ cup of dried fruit such as pineapple, banana chips (broken into small pieces), or papaya.
