How To Make Meatball Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
