
How To Make Flourless Chocolate Chewy Cookies
Whip up a batch of these classy chocolate chewy cookies, made with espresso powder and dark chocolate chips, for a richer and fudgy snack!

Ingredients
- 3cupspowdered sugar
- â…”cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼tspsalt,not kosher salt
- 3large egg whites,room temperature
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 1tspespresso powder,optional
- 2cupsdark chocolate chips,or any kind of chocolate chip
- flaky sea salt,optional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the baking sheets using a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Sift the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt together into a large bowl

Add in the egg whites, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.

Using a cookie scoop or ¼ cup measure, add 6 scoops to each baking sheet.

Bake for about 11 to 13 minutes until the tops are shiny and cracking. Let cool completely before removing from the pan.

For a salty chocolate flavor, sprinkle some Fleur de Sel onto the tops of the cookie dough before baking.
