These chocolate peanut butter squares are made chunky with marshmallows and white chocolate chips, for a sweet and fudgy afternoon treat!

  • 1cuppeanut butter
  • ½cupbutter
  • 8ozwhite chocolate,chopped
  • 14ozmini marshmallows,colored or white


  1. Combine the peanut butter, butter, and white chocolate in a saucepan. Melt on low heat until combined and smooth.

  2. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Once cool, fold in the marshmallows.

  4. Pour into a parchment-lined pan. Let cool completely in the fridge.

  5. Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
