How To Make Spooky Eyes

Spook and impress everyone with these spooky eyes for Halloween. Lychees are stuffed with gumdrop candies irises and licorice pupils for fun goodies.

Ingredients

  • 7ozfruit flavored gumdrops,(1 package) such as Dots®
  • ¾ozblack icing,(1 tube)
  • 5black licorice strands,cut into ¼-inch pieces
  • 20ozlychees,(2 cans) such as Aroy-D

Instructions

  1. Carve a small hole in the bottom of each gumdrop candy.

  2. Put a small dot of icing in each hole. Stick 1 piece of licorice into the icing to form the “pupils.”

  3. Press gumdrop candies into the pitted lychees. Arrange “eyes” on a plate. Chill until serving.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
