  • 1 pre-made 9 inch pie crust
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Roll out the pie crust and press into a 9 inch pie dish.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust and smooth out with a spatula.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set around the edges and slightly jiggly in the center.

  6. Let the pie cool on a wire rack for 2 hours, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 more hours before serving.
