How To Make Cookie Dough Filled Easter Eggs
Have fun this Easter by whipping up a sweet serving of cookie dough filled Easter eggs! It’s made with a few ingredients, and fun to make with the kids.
Serves:
Ingredients
- ½cuplight butter,or spread of choice, softened
- ½cuplight brown sugar,or coconut sugar
- ¼cupnatural granulated sweetener,or sugar of choice
- 1tsppure vanilla extract
- 1cupflour,plain or all purpose
- ⅓tspsalt
- 4tbspalmond milk,unsweetened or skim, reduced fat or full fat
- ⅓cupdark chocolate chips,or semi-sweet
- 10Easter eggs,hollow
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the butter, sweetener, and vanilla, then whisk until light and creamy.

Add the flour and salt, then mix them with the butter and sugar mix until just combined.

Add in the milk, 3 tablespoons at a time, until the cookie dough is smooth and creamy in consistency.

Mix the chocolate chips through. Set aside.

Carefully remove the tops of the chocolate eggs with a non-serrated sharp knife.

Using a ½ teaspoon measuring spoon, fill the eggs with the cookie dough.

Serve, and enjoy!
