How To Make Easter Bunny Biscuits Recipe
Delicious, fluffy bunny-shaped biscuits perfect for Easter brunch or a fun baking project with the kids.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- Mini chocolate chips or raisins
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, cut butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Add milk and stir until the dough comes together.

On a floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness and use a bunny-shaped cookie cutter to cut out as many bunnies as possible.

Place bunnies on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and add mini chocolate chips or raisins for the eyes.
